Danielle Foster
Danielle N. Foster, President of the Paige Group Foundation board, leads with purpose and compassion, focused on community impact. A thriving businesswoman, she enjoys solving problems that help others progress.
With over two decades of experience in project management and operational transformation, combines strategic insight with a personable approach in the nonprofit sector.
Her collaborative leadership style empowers teams and drives meaningful change, all while maintaining a strong commitment to integrity and connection Under her guidance, PGF is not just meeting goals but redefining service through lasting solutions and impactful relationships.

Vice President
Dr. Tamika S. Hood, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPDC, ICF-PCC
Dr. Tamika S. Hood holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. the Director of the Prince George’s County Workforce Development Board, she collaborates with executives and partners to enhance strategies and processes, affecting program participants.
Dr. Hood is also Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, teaching courses on "Strategic Human Resource Management" and "Organizational Culture & Design." A recognized thought leader, she contributes to publications and speaks publicly in her field.

Ashley Gale
The Paige Group Foundation Secretary, Ashley Gale, is a proud Prince George’s County, Maryland native and a dynamic advocate committed to expanding opportunity and impact. As a Scholarship and Youth Services Coordinator, she blends strategy with heart to support young people and families across her community.
A multipassionate leader working at the intersection of education, wellness, workforce development, and community health, Ashley is known for her resourcefulness and ability to turn vision into action. Grounded in service and driven by purpose, she brings energy, excellence, and intention to every space she enters—while continuing her service as the Secretary of the Paige Group Foundation.

Debborah Burnett, MBA
Debborah Burnett, is a business professional and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in financial management and organizational support. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work, guided by a commitment to service, growth, and community impact.
As Treasurer of the Paige Group Foundation, Debborah supports the organization’s financial operations, helping to ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with its mission. She is also the founder of Ms. D Notary & Business Solutions, where she provides bookkeeping, notary, and business support services to individuals and small businesses.

Tamika Paige
Tamika Paige is a leader and advocate committed to empowering women through economic growth and authentic sisterhood.
As CEO of Paige Group Foundation Inc., she creates safe for women to thrive. A devoted wife, mother, and author, Tamika believes her true superpower is serving others, guided by the philosophy leaving people better than she found them.
Through the foundation's mission to "Secure the Whole Woman," she leads initiatives that help women facing hardship reclaim their joy.

Tanisha L. Murden
Tanisha L. Murden leads transformative, healing-centered initiatives that empower women and families. An Amazon bestselling author, certified life coach, and community healer, Tanisha uses her lived experience as a survivor of trauma and incarceration to inspire change. She designs programs that address generational wounds, promote stability, and foster growth.
Through her leadership, Tanisha creates safe, purpose-driven spaces where individuals reclaim their voice, redefine their story, and rise into their full potential.
