Paige Group Foundation Inc is a non-profit based in Prince George's County, Maryland that is dedicated to securing the whole woman by empowering and uplifting women through strategic programs and services. Paige Group Foundation Mission is to "Secure the Whole Woman" through economic mobility, community engagement and collective impact helping women face adversity, overcome obstacles and emerge stronger. We strive to make a positive impact by providing support and resources to those in need. Our organization is committed to fostering a culture of compassion and generosity, and we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

FOUNDER
Tamika Paige
Tamika Paige is the CEO of Paige Group Foundation and a champion of women’s voices, resilience, and power. A visionary leader, she has dedicated her life to building safe, intentional spaces where women can heal, grow, and thrive. Guided by her core philosophy—Acceptance + Listening – Judgment = A Safe Space—Tamika believes every woman deserves dignity, belonging, and the tools to rewrite her story.
Through the SHE Suite Luxury Pantry & Resource Hub, Tamika has pioneered an innovative model that blends immediate relief with long-term solutions. Women and families receive essentials while also accessing transformative training in resume building, financial literacy, wellness, leadership, and economic mobility. Her work ensures that women are not only supported in the moment but are equipped for sustainable success.
Tamika’s advocacy also extends to domestic violence survivors through initiatives like the Healing Scars Act, proving her commitment to systems-level change as well as individual empowerment. With a deep belief in collective impact and community-driven leadership, she continues to remind women of their strength, worth, and unbreakable legacy.
